MBR 818/MBH 9547/A 6742

HOT CURING LIQUID EPOXY CASTING SYSTEM

MBR 818 (Part A) is a modified liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol- A with moderate viscosity.

MBH 9547 (Part B) is a low viscosity modified anhydride hardener that facilitates curing at high temperatures.

A 6742 (Accelerator) a liquid accelerator used in small quantities (0.5 – 1.5 pbw) to expedite the curing process, ensuring the system cures effectively at high temperatures.

Silica added in significant quantities (310-430 pbw) to enhance the mechanical properties, thermal stability, and overall performance of the final product.

FLEXIBILIZER (optional) can be added up to 20 pbw to enhance the flexibility of the final product.
